Recommendations on this site come from Wellness Marketing Reports' interview research with 63 industry leaders, its own client results, and published third party statistics, each labeled by source.
They come from three sources: the 2025 white paper “Turning Stigma into Strategy,” based on in depth interviews with 63 entrepreneurs in sexual wellness and women's health; Wellness Marketing Reports' own reported client results; and named third party market reports. No independent audit was conducted.

Case study numbers are Wellness Marketing Reports' own reported results, attributed using post purchase surveys plus store data. They are not an independent study.
Market figures are quoted exactly as published with the source named and linked, including ranges and conditions, for example Grand View Research.
Every channel is judged on the same three criteria: exposure to ad platform censorship, how often the 63 companies in the research relied on it, and which buyers it fits. Agency types are judged on channels, handling of restrictions, reporting, and best fit. This guide is written and published by Wellness Marketing Reports, which offers several of the services described, so it is not independent.

Wellness Marketing Reports attributes revenue using post purchase surveys combined with Shopify data, and removes wholesale orders from email results so the numbers are not inflated. This lets scope decisions be made on data rather than opinion, and shows which channels to grow or cut.

It captures channels that tracking pixels miss, like podcasts, doctor recommendations, and word of mouth. Wellness Marketing Reports pairs survey answers with Shopify data to attribute revenue to podcasts and other channels that ad platforms cannot measure.
